Review: I fell behind on my payments when was out of work and switch jobs. I received numerous daily calls from basic finance demanding payment immediatly . I told them everyday for weeks I would pay when I got check or tax return but they continued to call me till 1 day I got on [redacted] and 1 of the employees had wrote me on [redacted] using his personal [redacted] account demanding money and threatening to turn my account over to credit bureau . I called down to basic and spoke with the manger and told him how unprofessional it was for his employee to write me using his personal [redacted] account and told him I would be contacting a lawyer and he has yet to call me back over a week later he knows his employee was in the wrong as my lawyer told me when I called him . He instructed me to call back and inform them best thing they can do is write my account off as a loss and let it go or for me to call him back and he would take the case .Now the [redacted] account has been deleted.here is a copy of the message he sent me and my response notice how his name has been removed now . it use to say [redacted] now says [redacted] user. [redacted] User[redacted] THIS IS BASIC FINANCE . WE NEED YOU TO GIVE US A CALL PLEASE. [redacted]. YOU ARE DUE FOR DEC, JAN AND FEB AFTER TODAY . . WE NEED A PAYMENT TODAY PLEASE AFTER TODAY YOUR ACCOUNT GOES INTO REPO STATUS AND IT WILL REPORT THE CREDIT BUREAU . YOU ARE ALSO COLLECTING LATE PAYMENT CHARGES THAT ARE ADDING UP[redacted]1/31, 2:56pm[redacted]i will pay when I get paid I swtched jobs n been out of work sick. I told [redacted] other day I would pay when I get paid next week or when get taxes u aint only 1 who wants my money but right now my kids are getn fed n gas money all I got. do not contact me on here again this is very rude n I will be blockn u after this.Desired Settlement: I think they need to write my account off as a loss to the company. They need to learn that they cant conduct business this way. How was he to know that he had contacted me and not another person with my name . I just want them to realize that this is very unprofessional and this is not how you do business .
