They owe me $for failure to render services (lawn mowing) according to their own service agreement
Unfortunately, I am going to cancel this service agreement with basic lawn mowing due to too many missed lawn mowings and not responding to my calls and emailsThere have been too many times that I had to inform basic mowing that weeks have almost gone by without someone cutting my lawnToday it is the 11th day without my lawn cut and I am having to take time out of my day just to get someone to show up to cut my lawn, the last cut was on July 13thThe following are the days you cut my lawn so I expect to be paid for the remaining weeks I paid for and didn't receive serviceIf you have any questions don't hesitate to call or email me
And just to be clear on what I am expectingSince I have only had my lawn cut times and I have paid for months, which is half of the number of cuts I would expect in months, I am expecting a reimbursement of $(half of the $paid)
