Basic Pizza

Review: Last Tuesday (April 30, 2013) we went to Basic Urban Kitchen + Bar in downtown San Diego. Food was good. We paid with our debit card and that was it. Two days later we got a call from our bank alerting us of suspicious activity with our debit card. Turns out someone cloned our debit card and spent over $250 at Vons Store, Redbox, and Jack in the Box. Today (May 4, 2013) we discovered that it all happened in San Diego, specifically at the Vons Store located at 5555 Balboa Ave and the Jack in the Box at 3850 Clairemont Mesa Blvd (2.5 miles away from each other). Given that we hadnt used that debit card in San Diego at all prior to this purchase, we are 100% certain that our card was cloned by someone working at Basic Urban Kitchen + Bar in downtown San Diego.Desired Settlement: We would like Basic Urban Kitchen + Bar to do an internal investigation of who may be doing this.
