Horrible customer service. Damaged parts they said they would reimburse me to ship back to them only to say no the parts are fine but we sent them back to the manufacturer instead. Rude. Tried to charge me 20 percent restocking fee for parts they didn't restock and refused to reimburse shipping the original parts to me. All I wanted was new good parts. Then they blocked me from purchasing from them. Sounds like a shady service. Stay away. BBB, my credit card company are involved

I recently ordered an electronic conversion kit for a [redacted] from [redacted] which has a listed address of [redacted]. The part was listed as "Electronic Conversion Kit [redacted]". What I received was a box containing "[redacted]". the order was "[redacted]".[redacted] lists a policy of "no return on electronic components", but in this case I believed it was an error in the ordering process. I sent an initial email to [redacted] and received a short response asking if my application was indeed for a "clip down cap", which I assured them it was. After that initial response I was unable to get any further response from them, in spite of repeated emails.The most frustrating point was that they just "stonewalled" me after they asked an initial question, to which I responded. After that point I could not get an email response from them. My assumption (right or wrong) was that they knew they made an error and chose to just ignore me. After the initial exchange of emails I sent a very detailed email to them, including images, of what I thought was the problem without any response. VERY un-professional !Desired SettlementI would like to know if I made an error in ordering, or if they did. If it was their error, I would like to be able to return the item and be refunded. I was directly contacted by Basic Power Industries. They asked that I return the item, which they admitted was incorrect... their vendor made a mistake in their packaging.I have received a full refund from the company.I feel that the dispute has been resolved to my satisfaction.Thank you for your assistance in this.[redacted]

HGE 1289 exhaust elbows ( 2 ) defective products, seller refuses to accept return for refund. Product was used less than one ( 1 ) minute.HGE 1289 Exhaust elbows for a Volvo diesel engine, two elbows ordered and received two defective elbows . The defect allows seawater to be blown back into the engine turbo charger, and engine exhaust and seawater into the engine compartment of the boat. Seller refuses to accept a return of the defective items for a refund. In it's present condition, the product is " cast iron junk " .Seller was contacted 5 months after purchase, the engines were started for the first time about April 1st 2014 ( boat had been blocked on land since June 2013 ). Total run time , less than 1 minute !!!!Manufacturer has tried to intervene, but, seller has ignored there emails to resolve the problem.Based on [redacted], and Revdex.com information, the seller has shown a basic trend of very poor customer service. Desired SettlementRefund of Elbow #1 $ 259.95 , refund of Elbow #2 $ 277.95 includes shipping charges of $28.00 dollars.

If you buy is very good. if you have an issue related with returns you have to unfortunately deal with the state of the art, trusty worthy Mr [redacted]. This gentleman is not capable to deal with public, may he was a jailer or some job related like that. he is very rude and he enjoys humiliating customers, I m sorry for the owner because this person is destroying the reputation of this company. I have been buying and recommending this company to many people for years, until now, when I realize the real nature of this online store. May be lack of management or wrong management.
If Mr [redacted] reads this review he knows inside of himself is true. He lied to me as consequence they took from me $ 101.00. This company is a bunch of CROOKS! Be Warned! I purchased a water pump paid $150 for the part and $68 for shipping was charged a $10 fee for orders over $100 and a $10 fee for internet orders. The water pump was so cheaply made it had a small crack in the metal near the screw hole on the mount. I called customer service ([redacted]) to see how to exchange the part and was spoken to like a child at first. They refused to exchange the part. They wanted me to order a new part pay for shipping again and pay to ship the broken part back. Then I was told that if they found the damage to be caused by us they would not refund my money for the part. When I said that was not going to work for me [redacted] started using profanity telling me if I didn't buy the part from them they wouldn't except the part back and it would be my loss. I told him I felt like he was blackmailing me so I asked repeatedly to speak with the owner and was told NO.. So in the end I paid about $300 and all I have is a broken part.","neg-1
