I understand Mr [redacted] concerns but when looking into his claim we did see where there was prior damage on his front bumper that allowed our cloth to get caught in his bumperHe had scratches on his front drivers side corner bumper that looks to be from being bumped from another object or car; not from Mike's CarwashWe believe this damage lead to the bumper being not properly attached and loose(see picture below) Concerning the other customer that was claiming damage she was reporting damage on the passenger side of her BMW and the complaint was not similar to Mr [redacted] 's complaint We did offer to have our Area Director meet with Mr [redacted] but he did not accept this offerSo at this time we would be willing to arbitrate this matter.Thank you,
