need me to send to you.  I also would schedule my maintenance person to go by there and take care of any issue that would come up.  My maintenance person contacted me at one point and said that he refused to go and work on that property because of the mistreatment he was getting.  The tenant appeared to be under a stimulant of some kind and maintenance person did not feel comfortable.  I also had the heating air conditioning contractor go by several times to make sure the new AC system was working properly.  He would test the vents to make sure it was cooling and all the times he would go by the AC was working.  He did inform me that the tenants would open all the windows for some reason.  He also said he would not go back due to the mistreatment he would received while he was there.  The tenants also had pets at the property.  I have receipts available for all maintenance done at the property.  Please let me know if you need anything else.  Thank you
