Someone there at Revdex.com made a SERIOUSLY INCORRECT ASSUMPTION as to which business my complaint was and still is against. You assumed the business in question is Great Basin Eye Care with a P.O. Box address in Kahlotus, WA, which it is NOT. My complaint is against what I gave both in my original complaint and above in this amending one. ERROR #3 - Because you assumed the business was other than the one I stated, you have filed a complaint on behalf of me against apparently the wrong person, Dr. Kelly C[redacted] of Great Basin Eye Care, rather than Erica G[redacted], owner of Basin Eyecare. To my best knowledge, Dr. C[redacted] was not and is not a co-owner of Basin Eyecare. Thus my complaint should not be against him. I think you should withdraw your complaint against him, and notify any other entity to whom you have forwarded your complaint regarding him. Please telephone me if anything about my complaint remains unclear.
No change from original Complaint. NOTES #1 I still have been unable to contact Erica G[redacted], so I still cannot make a complaint to the business directly.
