Review: I have recently started a construction job at my home in [redacted]. I chose Basin Haulage for their container services as they are local. During the delivery of a 10 yard container, an accident occurred where the driver hit something with the truck and spilled 20 gallons of diesel fuel over the public street and my neighbors backyard. With no intentions to clean after their own mess which is an EPA issue, I had to use the three contractors I pay by the day to run to home depot, buy the sand and cover the oil spill and later own shoveling all the dirt into buckets. After contacting Haulin Basage a representative told me the $47 spent on the dirt would be refunded to me by the company. Later on a [redacted] called me to explain how the truck damage was over $400 so I would have to take a hit on the $47 plus 3 hours of my contractors time that I pay daily. Lastly, after contacting them to at least take away the dirt that's neatly placed into buckets, they refused and said I would have to figure it out.Desired Settlement: A refund of $47 for the cost of the dirt to clean their oil mess, and $200 for the 3 hours of time spent by 3 contractors to clean up the public oil spill caused by Haulin Basage's truck driver.
