Basin Insurance Associates, Inc

These are the most unprofessional and unethical we have been associated with. Our independent Insurance person was affiliated with them and she left them just solely work on her own. We stayed with her and our insurance policies. They made us sign a letter stating she didn't steal us or were coherrsed which was fine I understood that. We then cancelled our insurance with them and signed papers which should of gone through. They didn't file and on the new insurance day they took our money for a cancelled policy. This overdrew our acct plus the new policy also came out. I called several times to be told the agent was on vacation and I could speak to his co worker. I was sent to voice mail at least 4 times and never was a call returned still to this day and this all occurred on Sept 25th. Our money was taken electronically, thus sitting in their bank, yet we were told it would take 10-14 days to cut us a check...bull you have my money and you better return it. We are also charged $35 x 4 for over draft fees that the company said "we will not take responsibility for and reimburse to the customer". As of this review we still have no money. [redacted] in Oregon is the presidents son. I can't say enough we are getting over it, but I just needed to warn others in Oregon/Washington to beware.
