Basin Subaru

I am rejecting this response because:In my previous dispute I submitted the Rapid warranty contract Basin Subaru is selling. In the contract it covers all internal parts of the transmission. As far as Basin Subaru goes they have not diagnosed the main malfunction of my vehicle so they can't tell me I need a full transmission until they open it up. On 11/17/17 it will be 3 months that Basin Subaru has had my vehicle and not made any effort to fully diagnose it. If they would open up the transmission  they will eventually find the issue if they can perform that task. On Rapids contract they cover all internal transmission parts minus gaskets and seals so once Basin is ready to open my transmission up they can notify me and I would be happy to look at the internal of all parts when they do. As far the person from Basin Subaru responding to my disputes I understand the same owner owns both Rapid Warranty and Basin Subaru so please respond as Basin Subaru and not as Rapid Warranty. Rapid Warranty had its chance to dispute or respond to my complaints to Revdex.com but they didn't so that complaint number is now closed. So Basin Subaru can you open up the transmission to diagnose the problem or not? That's the first step you need to do and you have had 3 long months to think about that. If you can do that then Rapid Warranty would know what exactly they need to cover and I also would know what I would need to do on my part if anything. But we can't move forward with anything until you start on your side so the ball is in your court and has been for 3 months. One more thing your service adviser [redacted] never responds back or gives me any answers to any questions.

First let me apologize for the way things where handled in Odessa. I will make sure that your money is returned first thing Monday. I would also ask that you would call me please se we can visit futher and I make sure this never happens again.[redacted]

Let me first apologize for the delay and the hassle that this has been. I have been in contact with Subaru of America during this process to try and correct this issue and quickly as possible. Subaru has agreed to cover the vehicle under warranty so there will be no additional cost to the customer....

I will offer to but the car outright for fair market value if that will resolve the issue. As far as another dealer fixing car I would have to get with Subaru for approval since they are paying for the repair. I am truly sorry and would like to visit to resolve if possible. I spoke with Ms. [redacted] after several emails back and forth from her and [redacted]. We take full responsilbilty for this issue and lack of communications. After our converstion I confirmed her downpayment had been returned in full and ask if everything else was okay. To that she said it was. Ms....

[redacted] has my contact and email info if there are any others issues I ask her to deal with me personally. I will make sure they are resloved. Again to Mr. and Ms. [redacted] I truly apologize.[redacted]
