I spoke with Mr [redacted] and offered to him numerous times to meet with our Area Director To give him the opportunity along with our Area Director to walk through the carwash tunnel to see if there would be anything inside the carwash that would capable of puncturing his drivers front tire and damaging his rimThe drivers side front tire and rear tire go through the same conveyor rail system and the same carwash equipmentIf something were to damage the front tire it would have also damage the rear tire and rear rimOur offer of meeting with an Area Director still stands.Thank you

What does Mike's Car Wash mean when they suggest taking this to arbitration? Is this something I would have to pay for? Upon reviewing and looking further into Ms [redacted] claim we do believe that her rear bumper had an issue with it not properly being attachedWe have watched her vehicle on our cameras go through the carwash and seen that there was no malfunctions with our equipment; along with the fact that there were many vehicles prior and after hers that went through with no problemsWe would be happy to arbitrate this matter with the customer Thank you,Mike's Carwash

We can certainly understand Mr [redacted] 's frustration in having to wait to Thanksgiving to get this resolved but unfortunately he is out of town until this timeWe also want to get this resolved as soon as possible but without actually looking at his vehicle we do not feel it is fair to come to a decision on what has taken placeWe have watched the video footage of his vehicle going through the carwash (which we have saved so we can show Mr [redacted] ) and do not see anything that has malfunctioned or anything unusual happeningIt was a very smooth ride watching his [redacted] *** going through the entire wash tunnelWe have been in contact Mr [redacted] by letter and also by phoneWe believe it is in the best interest for all parties to meet and see if there is something we are missing that could have possible have caused this damageIf we caused this damage we want to make it right and take care of it.Thank you,Mike's Carwash

The complaint was not settled because the carwash denied to take responsibility for what happend the bumper of my car .There was no prior damage to the bumper of my car before going to the car wash people one being the manger on the shift both did a walk around the car before the car went into the wash and both agreed the car was fine before going in Mikes Carwash claims manager tried to tell me that my bumper was not properly installed on the car and told me that the bumper was not all the way touching the body of the car and thats why the bumper tore off they denied all responsibility for what happend to the carAfter I exited the wash and seen what happend I immediately went to the manger and he took pictures and told me oh this looks like were at fault for this He told me I looked at the car before it went in he didn't see anything wrong with the bumperThere are no signs saying they are not at fault for damage of a car except for a few specific things and those not saying bumper by any means.They did try to come to any agreement or anything to help pay for the damage of the car and just sent me a letter and pictures telling me the bumper was not on there denying being at faultpictures are the car before going into the wash the damage happend to the left side of the carOn picture is the right side of the car which looks the same theres nothing wrong with bumper of the carThe brown [redacted] is the model just like mine bumper looks the sameAnd the manger failed to mention to the claims manger that he took of piece of torn mop out of the car wash that was no longer attached to the equipment in there wash that he removed after my car exited the carwash

When reading Ms [redacted] statement we understand her confusion and for this reason we will go ahead and send her a check for the $for the repairs to her mirror Also, so this does not happen to any other customers we have taken down the sign that says "go on green" so hopefully there will not be any further confusion in the future.Thank you
