We have resolved the issue with our customer's tables by giving him a full and final refund due to defects with the manufacturer, [redacted] Pertaining to the [redacted] sofa, which was customized by the customer himself, we have a policy in place that all special orders on furniture are non-cancellable and non-refundable This policy is stated directly on the sales receipt, which the customer signs at the time of purchase We have many other manufacturers of quality tables for him to choose from that would go nicely with his customized sofa Basista Furniture would be more than happy to assist the customer in selecting alternate tables that would match his sofa and meet his satisfaction
