Refusal of Cancellation and RefundA reservation was made online through Bask Hotel's parent company [redacted] Upon making the reservation there was no information on the confirmation email noting that the reservation was non-refundable. After calling their parent company [redacted] I was informed that a cancellation and refund could be made by calling Bask Hotel directly. Bask has refused to offer a cancellation and refund even though I am giving 120+ days notice and have noted that the non-refundable disclaimer was not clearly stated on the website or confirmation email.Desired SettlementI am seeking a cancellation and refund for my reservation.Business Response This was a advance purchase reservation and the guest was given a significant discount for paying in advance. When making these reservations you are required to accept the terms and conditions which state clearly the reservation can not be cancelled, changed or refunded. This guest was part of a wedding group and told us that her significant other had surprised her with a trip to Italy and needed to cancel the non cancel, non change and non refundable reservation. We have given the guest her money back and her reservation has been cancelled.
