Review: I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother on Mothers Day via the online website, it was scheduled for delivery on 5/11/2013. The order was not delivered on 5/11/13, but on 5/12/2013 the receipient of the delivery(my mother) was called by the florist to ask if they wanted something else then what was ordered becasue they didn't have any. I then called the owner on 5/14 because my order of a Lavendar Luxury Flower Arrangment was recieved. I gave her the order number of [redacted] which has been paid in full for $88.74. She said that she was so busy due to Mothers Day that she couldnt find the order number but off the top of her head she thinks the order had been delivered. I asked to cancel the order because it hadn't been deleivered and she said that she would have to call me back becasue she was too busy and would need to find my order number.Desired Settlement: I would like the reimbursement of my order for $88.74 already paid. The order was never delievered and I do not want a new scheduled delivery becasue Mothers day is already a few days over due.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Your experience in contacting the owner of the business is a prime example of what I had to deal with. They had no organization and didn't recognize any order even when giving the invoice # person it was delivered too.I did however settle with the business following my complaint and they have refunded me since then. I have been made whole(besides my mother not receiving flowers on mothers Day), but still find the business incompetent.Thanks again for your follow up and addressing this matter.Regards,[redacted]
