The other companies were recommended to me by neighbors and friends, but all fell short in service compared to Ambient Air. Response time to emergency service has been less than six hours during peak season, and I've had my fair share just this past year with compressor and fan issues. In Sep 2014 I had a new Lennox system installed in my rental property by Ambient Air. Installers called 30 minutes before arrival, arrived on-time, and performed a final walk though with me before leaving the job - all which was committed before purchasing the unit. Their price was very competitive when compared to the two quotes I received from other installers.
I not only have my rental property under their three year maintenance contract, but my primary residence too. I recommend Ambient Air to my neighbors and friends, and share my experiences about the other companies in town.
