Dear Ms***:Thank you for your response to my complaint against Quality inn & Suites dated June 21, 2017.I understand that this is a “He Said, She Said” situationI am aware of the fees charged for missing room items at the property in questionWhat I am unaware of, however, is what the room should have been furnished with upon my arrivalI thought it odd upon chethat my room was furnished with only one suite of towels and no bathmatOur visit to the Quality Inn & Suites in question was for a quick stopover on a much longer journeyUpon our arrival, I found the room untidy and the bathroom too dirty to chance a showerAs we arrived late at night, and as I mentioned this was a quick stopover, I found it unnecessary to complain to management.I am also curious if there is an inventory that confirms towels at the property are missing or if housekeeping made an error and simply forgot to replenish, or even clean, the room I was assigned to.I am fully aware that I will not receive a credit for this fraudulent charge as the chain has expertly drafted language that allows them to charge for items at willI was informed by my credit card company that even if I had photos of the room as I walked into it, they would not be acceptable evidence on my behalfI would simply like to warn others about the questionable business practices of this particular property and Quality Inn & Suites in generalUnfortunately, I was not aware of the reputation of this hotel chain before making travel arrangementsIt is my hope that others can learn from my experience.Thank you for your assistance in this regard.Sincerely,*** ***

each room there is a sign (see attached) describing the rates charged for each of these items if they are removed from the room by the guest, along with responsibility of approving these charges to the guests account.
