At Baskin, I found them to be very slow and did bad work. I had a rental car from [redacted] rental, I took the car to them at their request and they would not service the car. They have no customer service and I argued with the manager at this business. I found the experience to be horrible and I was sent there by a rental company and wouldn't dare take a personal vehicle to them for repairs because of such a disregard for customer service. It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. [redacted], said he could find a man in a green shirt, there was one here earlier and that would be the person who works for [redacted]( we DONT have an [redacted] office at our location, we just work on their vehicles. We are in no way affiliated with [redacted]). MR [redacted] became enraged and demanded that[redacted] needed to find [redacted] employee and bring them to him Mr [redacted] said that He didnt need to go find them, they should come to him. [redacted] told MR [redacted] that he could wait in the customer waiting area until [redacted] arrived. Mr [redacted] refused to leave the counter, began cursing and threating to sue us so[redacted] asked him to leave the store because of his behavior and contact [redacted]. We were contacted by [redacted] that they had a car with an oil leak and they asked us to look at it. We had the vechicle fixed by 5pm, contacted [redacted] 3 times to inform them it was ready and [redacted] never came and picked up the vehicle until Monday morning( we are closed on Saturday and Sunday). Mr [redacted] was not our customer.. .[redacted] was. Mr [redacted] did not display behavior that was acceptable to our customers or our business. There is no basis for this complaint. Mr [redacted] is just retalliating for him being upset with [redacted]. Mr [redacted] did not have a personal vehicle or ever has brought one to our shop. He is not our customer. We were activly waiting on customers, he bullied his way infont of them to Demand information about another business and his verbal abuse to our employee,[redacted], and his behavior displayed infront of our customers is what caused us to ask him to leave the location.
