I have had brought 2 motors to be machined & assembled by Basko. The first one one was a completely dis-assembled & organized long block that took about 2 weeks longer than they originally communicated it would. This was not a big deal to me as I know some variance is to be expected. Because I felt that the first transaction went well I took the second motor to them for a similar service of machining & assembling. Again the motor is completely dis assembled & well organized. However on the second motor it was only the short block (bottom end). After just over 3 months of excused, run-a-round, not answering the phone, I finally went stopped believing that my parts where next & went down to then to see what was going on. I arrived to find out from one of the employees that only the lid to the palatalized crate that I delivered everything in had been removed & none of the parts had been even taken out for inspection! Despite telling me they had & that they had started & that mine was next in line, etc. I inventoried all of the supplied parts & then took the parts to a different machine shop. I lost all respect for the company Basko
