It is the same inadequate promise [redacted] made for resolution to me last November and the Revdex.com the Revdex.com for July 15,2017 and nothing has been done. Excel Paving also did failed to respond to a February 28, 2017 constable served Massachusetts 93A Demand Letter. Excel Paving thrives on making lots of promises and not executing. I was charged extra due to the complexity of my driveway and promised professional oversight of the job by [redacted] and/or his Civil Engineer who he later reclassified as "only a salesman" when the person proved incompetent.[redacted] has classified my complaint as "perceived deficiencies" in spite of the specifics of the Revdex.com complaint which clearly documents inferior driveway grading which is causing rain water to enter my garage pavement is higher than the garage floor and directing municipal sidewalk water to my driveway way drain instead of the street. or the desired out comes for resolution. Need a detailed plan of what exactly Excel Paving is going to do to address the specifics of the Revdex.com complaint.

The response did not address the complaint details or desired/outcome settlement.· Refund [redacted] and [redacted] $50 discount due· Implement company policy to have written contracts and insurance policies in place before job start· Meet the Massachusetts Standards for grading and paving to assure proper drainage· Remove and replace driveway with one that is properly graded as the prior driveway· Provide competent oversight to insure job is done correctly. The salesman, [redacted] ([redacted]) J [redacted], you referred to identified himself as a Civil Engineer Excel Paving Corporation. When [redacted], you and I met on site you assured me that one or both of you would personally oversee a great job. The salesman was here but not the engineer or you.You , [redacted] and I reviewed the driveway on November 22, 2016. We agreed · Water was leaking under garage doors in heavy rain as documented by photographs and residual wetness on floor.· The new driveway drainage plan is inferior to the old. · Pavement adjacent to garage floor is now higher than the floor itself which traps water and impedes drainage. · All sidewalk water is now directed to the limited capacity driveway drain instead of street· You wanted to make me happy and implement a mutually agreed upon plan to correct the driveway issues as long as it looked good and did not compromise structural integrity.Almost six months have passed since our November 22, 2016 meeting with no response to repeated requests until this Revdex.com response. This is in spite of the fact the constable served you over two months ago a Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A thirty day demand letter which you have not responded to. The issue at hand is a driveway not a walk way and there are problems. Please remove and replace my driveway with one that is properly graded as the old one. Based on your lack of meaningful response to date I have no "good faith" this driveway can or will be repaired.
