Please be aware that even though [redacted] are our preferred company for towing, their actions do not reflect Bass Collision’s principles. Please be assured that [redacted] management has been made aware of this situation and we are requesting for disciplinary action to be taken. As a good faith effort we will refund the 14% fee surcharge with tow invoice. We also believe 14% is an exaggerated amount of charge for a credit card payment.
