Bass CS

I continue to receive a bill from Design with Style CS (Bead style) saying for me to return a dvd that they mailed to me which I never received. I tried calling them on their phone number of [redacted] and the calls never go thru or on other days I call and they say they are closed. I tried emailing them and it is a collection site for me to pay them. There is no way for me to contact them. On the bill it tells me to click no or yes for the subscription and the only option I can check is no and this option tells me to send the dvd back. they do say there is no obligation if I never ordered it but they continue for months now to send this bill to me for something I never ordered. Tricky business when a customer never received what they are assuming and keep sending bills. This is harrassment to me and should be banned for fraud. Also, the verbiage says this is not an invoice but yet they still send an invoice to pay for a DVD. I don't have a DVD. Don't let them fool you by saying it is not an invoice and there is no obligation.
