Bass Pet Resort & Spa

I brought my dogs to what I thought was a professional and caring Kennel and when I picked them up one of my dogs had bruising on her stomach and ear and asked that I get reimbursed for my vet fees and was told I would only get that back if I agreed to remove any negative comments I guess I'm out $but if it helps other pet owners not go through what I went through and end up with injured pets I guess it was worth it

All tourists in the Orlando area, please BEWARE! They never gave me a brochure or explained their rulesThey told me $13/day + 10% military disc & never said anything about drop off & pick up times for price/dayI dropped my cat off at 5:p.mon Friday & picked her up at 2:p.mon Sunday (less than hrs)They charged me for days (a whopping $36.70)They told me I was supposed to pick her up by 11:00, but I was not given that info up frontThey need to learn communication skills & stop deceiving peopleThis place cannot be TRUSTED! My cat had a toy attached to her collar hanging from her neck, which is a choking hazardI believe they abused her behind my back (don't know if they have cameras)I'm seriously thinking about turning them into animal control after witnessing my cat's anxiety when I picked her up! I can't believe they call themselves a resort & spa?? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
