Bass Shoes

Whilst holidaying in the Fort Lauderdale area of the United States, I bought two pairs of Bass Shoes, similar to Sketchers, at an Bass Outlet Store.

After 8 months the one pair started leaking. There was a 'split' in the left sole.

After 14 months the other pair split at the heel.

Normal every day wearing.

Both times I e-mail Bass. No reply/ poor service and it would appear that the outlet sales are 'Seconds'.

Very sad.
