Many Jewelers would rather discredit another jewelry store rather then be honest with consumers.
We are a store that has been in business for 25 years and is located in a neighborhood,not a a tourist location.
We exist solely on our regular customers returning.
We are sorry this customer was not told the truth by other Jewelers.
Let me just close and say we exchanged jewelry for this customer three times trying to satisfy this customer.
We have gone above and beyond to make this customer happy.
The sales person was extremely patient in trying to exchange jewelry for her and helped her to finalize her purchase.

Review: This is fraud. I made the assumption that when I paid almost $1900 for an emerald pendant that this was its approximate value. When I asked 4 different jewelers in the nyc diamond district what they would give me, the most they would give me was $300 due to the poor quality of the stones and setting. They misrepresented the product.Desired Settlement: I have no confidence of the authenticity of their merchandise, so I want a full refund

it is factually inaccurate that I exchanged the item three times. I exchanged it once. Regarding the salesperso's patience, I would expect this when first, the store is empty, and second, when spending $1800. In my view, this constitutes a big purchase, which I now regret. I want to sell the item because every time I look at it, I recall this awful experience.
