After speaking with Mrs. [redacted] it was decided, with her agreement, that a technician would be sent to her home, at our expense, to sew the seams back and touch up the color loss on those areas. Mrs [redacted] does understand the seams on her items are out of warranty and future needs of this type would be up to the client and at their expense. Per my conversation with Mrs. [redacted] this will resolve the issue to her satisfaction.
