Good Morning [redacted], On above case  #[redacted] in which I accepted a refund to be mailed to me I have yet to receive this refund. I have been dealing with this Veterinary Clinic since 9/13/2017 trying to get my refund. On my case again via Revdex.com portal I again requested that Bastet Veterinary Clinic send me refund by mail as office Manager [redacted] stipulated she'd have a check if I would go in. Due to health reason I can't drive AND since 9/13/17 [redacted] knew I asked for a check then and via E Mail I sent on 10/2/17 I do have a copy of that e mail I sent to Bastet asking for my refund to be mailed. I have verified and sent my address numerous times. This Clinic has been horrible since day one all due to their mistake with their unwillingness to resolve as promised by mail and now within Revdex.com complaint processing my refund. At this time [redacted] I am requesting my case reopened as Bastet Veterinary has not fulfilled the resolution agreed upon. This is in response to a letter I received regarding [redacted] Pet Cali.On the second visit she had seen a Doctor that did not do the surgery, so was not aware the pet was in heat at time of surgery he explained to her to wait 6 mos to see if the pet came into heat again.We offered to go in and...

look again for any left over tissue but told her if we didn't find anything she would be charged, we also offered to send out a blood test to check to see if there were any hormones at no charge unless it came back normal.When I spoke to the owner I offered to refund $55.00 half oh the spay because we still did preform a surgery with anesthesia and sedation she agreed with that I asked her to come in and I would have a check ready for her.I'm still willing to offer that refund if she wants to come pick up a check[redacted]Hospital Manager

It was I WHO STATED IF TEST PERFORMED (hormone) CAME BACK NORMAL I WOULD GLADLY PAY the 186.00 for the test, office mgr [redacted] REFUSED this stating I WOULD PAY UP FRONT, again I had my phone on speaker with someone listening hearing all said on 9/13/2017. To Whom this May Concern, Mr. [redacted] came in on 7/15/15 with his pet [redacted] who has an ear infection. [redacted] was examined and Mr. [redacted] was presented with an estimate. The estimate included medications with the Dr. agreed to price match. Somewhere along the line there was a discrepancy and Mr....

[redacted] complained of a difference of $8.50 for Posatex, which was to be price matched to [redacted]. [redacted] does not carry posatex. There are not legitimate grounds for this complaint as there was no price to compare it to. Additionally, the estimate signed by Mr. [redacted] clearly states the amount due for services and medication. Any complaint regarding price, legitimate or not, should have been resolved at the time he was presented with the estimate. After several angry calls to end the issue and satisfy Mr. [redacted] with the $8.50 he felt he was owed, the hospital was willing to give him a credit of $8.50 on his account. He refused the credit and wanted cash which we then explained we were unable to do as stated in the Hospital Policies Agreement form which he signed.
