Looking at this patient's xray, she has had a lot of previous dental restorations and our notes shows we recommended new fillings which are fully supported by her recent xrays
Our goal has always been to exceed all our patient's expectation and to provide the best dental treatment, we are sorry that we have failed in this case

Review: My husband and I were sent a $967.16 bill when we were paid in full for all services completed at this facility. They show me as not being insured which if they checked their records, they will find that is incorrect and the front desk lady even photo copied my insurance card. When I called to speak to billing the girl (Jessica) hung up on me.I would also like to not that I allowed them to do my 6 month cleaning and Dr. [redacted] said I had 4 cavities. I have maybe had that many cavities over my entire life, let alone all at once. I do no trust Dr. [redacted] (for obvious reasons) and went to another Dentist to be examined. Turns out I had zero cavities. Dr. [redacted] is a fraud.I have zero tolerance for bad businesses and even less tolerance for those trying to rip me off. I suggest they correct their errors. We have a zero balance and will not be returning to their scam company again and I will do my best to make sure others know about this.Desired Settlement: Correct your mistakes
