I recently purchased hearing aids at Chicagoland Hearing in GlenviewI was told that I had a trial periodHowever, when I returned the hearing aids (problems with the applications, inability to use in certain situations), I was advised that there was a 20% restocking feeAt no time during our discussions was this ever disclosed to me, as I never would have purchased through this vendorI was advised that I signed a statement that included it upon delivery of the hearing aids (after I had paid the entire $8,fee), however, this was not discussed and a copy was never given to meI (mistakenly) believed that the statement was just reiterating what was discussed
The vendor said he would credit my credit card for only $6,(although I have not seen this yet) and that I would have a $1,credit to be used on future hearing aids, if I so desired
It should be noted that the only documents I were provided were authorizations for two $4,charges via email, which I neve
