My daughter and I unexpectedly found ourselves without a car. After on-line searching, I located Bastien's Auto Outlet in Coal Valley, IL. From my first email to the last signature, we had an outstanding experience! Mike(with a beard) was our initial contact. Not only did he set up test drives in suvs I wanted to look at, he found a few in our price range that were not only in excellent condition, but newer and with lower mileage than I thought we could afford! We ended up purchasing our vehicle through Bastien's dealership. Mike was able to secure financing we could afford as well as extending a warrantee on a used vehicle. I cannot express how happy I am with this overall experience. We live in a very small community. My daughter drivers country roads at night in all sorts of weather to work in a near-by town: I can rest easily knowing the vehicle is safe, sound, secure so she is as safe as possible behind the wheel, even in the most inclement weather.Thank you, Mike and Bastien's Auto, for enabling us to purchase such a great vehicle.
