I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke to the Tech on June 27th at which time he said he had ordered the part and it was back ordered (and that he had told my husband this)First, they never told us they had ordered the part We wanted to know if it was covered firstWhen we found out it wasn't covered we could never seem to get anyone on the phone for several weeks to ask for a refund No one EVER told us that the fees for the new service would be waived Keep in mind that we had called this business several times and did not receive return calls -- nor any of the information they are now claiming.When I finally did speak to him on the 27th he denied that anyone had told us it was not covered -- he said the receptionist does not have the authority to tell us that And yet she did After much complaining on my part he finally said he would send me a refund check He assured me the check would arrive within one week Today is July -- just under three weeks later and NO CHECK
The response of the business to my complaint was sent over a week after my conversation with the tech They claim they are sending us a check but it has already been another business days I will certainly update this complaint if we ever do receive our refund

WE DID ORDER THE NEW PART FOR THE CUSTOMER.WE DID ADVISE HER HUSBAND THAT THE PART WAS NOT COVERED BECAUSE THE CONTROL BOARD IS BLOWN THIS TIME.THE FIRST PROBLEM WERE THE DOOR INTER LOCK SWITCHES WHICH WE REPLACE AND LEFT THE UNIT WORKING.THEN MY TECASK ME TO WAVE THE CHARGES WHICH I DID ALLOW HIM
TO DO,SO THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE NEW REPAIRS.CUSTOMER THEN CALL AND SAID SHE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HER MONEY BACK WHICH WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF DOING
