on the propertyThe DOOR CODE she was given was for the Upstairs Door because she was shown a unit upstairs inside that building and decided that was the one she wantedOn the day the Tenant actually came to put stuff into the unit she was using the DOOR CODE to try to go through the main gate to the facility and that's not what it was for, it was for the door upstairs to gain access to the inside of Building where the unit was she rentedSince she was moving on a Sunday when that office is Closed she could not get ahold of us via phone, but the Tenant could have emailed the manager since the manager has her emails sent to her cellphoneSince the Tenant didn't put anything into the unit The Storage Mall will be issuing a refund to herA copy of the letter we sent to tenant is enclosed for your referenceThank youSincerely, Teresa P
