Mr.[redacted] came to my house about 5-6 years ago to replace my roof and it leaked the next year. I tried to reach Mr.[redacted] for about three or four years and no response.Desired SettlementTo fix the leak on the roof and five leakes inside my home.Business Response I did Mr. [redacted] roof seven years ago, he never contact me after that about the roof leaking. when Mr. [redacted] contact me was this year round March,and said that the roof had been leaking, he said he couldn't find out how to get in contact with me. I sent a guy out to look at the roof,he told Mr. [redacted] what the change will be to repair he's roof.I only give a one year warranty,Mr. [redacted] was out of his one warranty for me to repair the roof.Consumer Response The consumer remains dissatisfied.
