Bates Steak House and Saloonrecently went out of business, the last day we were open was February 28th, 2016.We are aware that we have customers that still have gift certificates. them. We are offering the gift certificates for BatesSteak House and Saloon to be used for Bates Catering.We did respond to Ms. [redacted] by phone on or around April 6th, 2016. We stated that the giftcertificates can now be used for catering. You would choose items from our catering menu that.isposted on our website and there is a $200.00 minimum. We also respond by email on April 8thgiving her the exact same information I did on the phone message. On April 9th Ms. [redacted]responded to my email saying "I will be sending the gift certificates back to you, since l haw noneed to use your catering service.
