So let me understand just to be very clear, Mr [redacted] Response was, because it's a mobile home we didn't deserve a quality job, that was supposed have been done by a professional company. The flooring should have had an under lament that was never done. We still have bubbles in the flooring where he should have glued it and now the cracks from the sub floor are pushing up through the vinyl that he laid, not only in the kitchen but in our master bathroom. If Mr [redacted] didn't think our agreement was fair to begin with, I guess I'm confused as to why he would have accepted the job at that time. I know why now, because he came in and did the job in less that 6 hours, which should have taken a couple of days I was told by another installer had it been done properly, thus why we received the terrible job that was performed by [redacted] Flooring. If Mr [redacted] is still not wanting to do the job the way it should have been installed by any professional company, I guess my only avenue will be to contact the Attorney Generals Office, I will forward photo's to them, and if at that point he is still unwilling to due the right thing, and that will be to repair this flooring and fix it the way it should have been to begin with, I will be forced to contact my attorney, and be assured I certainty will seek legal advise and action, this will not be left the way it is, it's a terrible way to conduct business, I am in the service industry as a sales manager and I make things right for our customers on a daily basis, just because we are very service orientated, and understand that the customer is our most valuable asset, and not only that Because for every dissatisfied customer you have, they will tell eleven people, having an adverse effect on business. I have received Mr *** response, AND WE ARE NOT willing to accept Mr *** proposal, I feel we have exhausted all our avenues at this time through Revdex.com, so we will forward the matter on to my Attorney and let him handle the matter from here, as I'm sure I will seek more in damages than we were asking for, as well as I will notify Angie's list as I believe Mr *** and his work is not worthy of being made available to others with this kind of workmanship they performI would feel terrible if someone else had to go through this long and stressful process of BAD workmanshipSo now I will pursue the legal processI want to thank Revdex.com for the platform in which we have tried to resolve this matter with Mr *** and his company!

Like stated in previous emails, we are willing to pay Mr. [redacted] the $558.48 for the cost of the vinyl and installation plus $100 for the baseboards. We are not willing to pay for new underlayment, as he declined it form the beginning. It was Mr. [redacted] choice not to have new underlayment installed. When new underlayment is needed we always add it in on the cost of the job. Mr. [redacted] decided not to have it done to save on the cost.

In response to [redacted] complaint. We gave John an initial bid of $3129.87 based on the price range he wanted to be in. [redacted]...

came into our store to pick out flooring. What he chose was more expensive than what was proposed. I gave [redacted] a verbal price of $4008.56, in which [redacted] response was this is a trailer and I do not want to spend a lot of money. I told him he had options of not using new underlayment and to install over the existing sub-floor, which is against our better judgement. He chose not use new underlayment which is why there are problems. I went back on three separate occasions to fix the problems. I feel as we have done as much as we can, considering what [redacted] decided to have us do.
