Review:I had been trying to resolve an issues with this company for six months now.
I originally contacted EnGlobe to accept EBT cards at my store. I spoke with a woman named Antionette. She informed me that I could only accept EBT with a processor that I had to purchase for EmGlobe. So, I did the wire transfer of $1,050.65 plus the $25.00 the bank charged me. Then I went through the process of signing the contract with First Data who would do the processing portion of it.
Then I received the machine. Waited for the call to do the initial download on the machine. I spoke with either Antionette (presently no longer with the company) or Renee (to which is always rude.) When I got the call, she connected me with a representative with First Data. We did the download, and found out the machine didn't work properly. I voiced it during that call, several times. (It didn't print correctly.)
We went through and ran my personal bank card to see if it processed a card. I ran my card for $0.04. It went through. But still didn't print correctly. And I told them. Well the phone call was cut short due to them trying to figure out the "technical difficulties." I was never contacted back. I tried several times.
Then I started getting bills from Ignite Payments (A First Data Company.)
At first they statement in November of 2015 was a $0.00 balance. The second payment showed that I had successfully processed that $0.04 in from my card, but was charged $25.19 in December of 2015.
I never used this machine since that $0.04 transaction.
January 2016, the statement was $54.77.
February 2016, the statement was $54.95.
March 2016, the statement was $54.95.
April 2016, the statement was $74.90.
May 2016, the statement was $74.90.
Haven't received June:s yet. Hopefully its not going up every 2 months like it has been.
I still haven't used this machine. Actually, the machine is put up in a box ready to be shipped back, if I can ever get this dispute resolved.
I recently discovered that First Data is reporting on my personal credit report. Not only reporting, but its showing negatively.
So, its hurting me business wise, and personally.
I have spoke with EnGlobe, First Data, and Ignite Payment agents trying to get this resolved.
I have sent in a dispute letter to [email protected]
waiting to a reply.
I wished I would have seen all the negative reviews and the way the business replies to the people who have written a review. I pray that we all get our issues resolved, and the contracts cancelled.
