I have been trying to contact customer to resolve issue and confirm date of service no response from customer

I am rejecting this response because: I received your letter, and the response of the smog technician. He call my phone, and discussed the matter again. We talked for 3 minutes, as...

the picture of Mr. [redacted] phone number, and the 3 minutes phone call states with the picture. I told him everything that was wrong with the services that were provided by him on 3-19-18. I told him that I had sent copies of all the paper work to the Revdex.com, and was awaiting your response. He then told me that the Revdex.com had told him that you guys didn't have any of the paperwork, and that you forced him to call me, so he could collect the information that was needed. I provided everything he ask for, to which he replied, "I don't know what you want me to do" I asked for my money back, and he said he couldn't find me in the system. I would ask you to give the money back he owes me. He provides $40.00 smog checks on "[redacted]". Mr. [redacted] charged me $84.75. I want a full refund, but I will take what's available. We have been in contact. I don't know why he lied about that. See attached document. Thank you

In regards to the complaint mentionedYes I was instructed to contact Mr [redacted]In regards to the complaint. I told him I did not have the info the reason for this is that the work order was written in another persons name.I then explained in the first letter that the work preformed was true and correct and that he did decline further work to be preformed (diagnostic).He then took the vehicle to another location a few days later with the drive monitors complete. It has not been expressed that work may or may not been preformed prior to testing Therefore In my opinion this case should be closed Thank you
