In regard to her retainer; we would love to deliver it to her!  Her original purchase date was 3/4/17 with a scheduled pick up date of 4/1/17.  Our records show that [redacted] cancelled her appointment on 4/1/17 and never set up another appointment for delivery.  [redacted] has called the...

office on 5/5/17, 7/5/17, and 12/18/17, however, she has not committed to an appointment time for delivery of the retainer.   Since the retainer is a medical device which provides treatment to the patient we cannot deliver the appliance without ensuring the appliance is fitting properly.  In addition, when the appliance is delivered to us from the orthodontic lab it is fitted to the model, however, it is not retentive until it is tightened in the patient's mouth;. [redacted] can call our office to set up an appointment to deliver the retainer.  **Since it has been over a year since the original impressions the teeth may have moved and the retainer may no longer fit.  Our front desk is open to booking her appointment on  3/8/18 - till 4:30pm 3/12/18 - 7am to 4:30pm 3/13/18 - 10am to 7pm 3/14/18 - 7am to 4:30pm 3/15/18 - 7am to 4:30pm ** I've left a message on [redacted]'s voicemail today (3/8/18) to call our office and set up an appointment for delivery of her retainer.  Again, since it's been over a year the retainers may no longer fit.
