I am rejecting this response because:MrB*** is mistaken when he said he tried several times to correct the fence He only offered once, and that was the day we fired him We tried nurmerous times to contact this man thru *** and he never responded, so this is completely inaccurate.Let me address each point.We fired him first of all because he completely did the fence opposit of what we requested Before he started the job, my husband requested for the pickets to face inside the yard We wanted to see the nice side of the fence since we were paying for it, not the side with the boards Mr B*** agreed and then proceeded to do the fence the wrong wayYes, my husband was angry but to say MrB*** "life was in danger" is ridculous!Yes,we kept the concrete and poles, after all, we just paid this man $for this fence that we now had to re-do.We did not hire a company to the fence My husband hired two people to help him remove each picket and put on the correct side, not to mention the fact that we had to buy even more pickets because MrB*** cut the top of some of the pickets and it looked like a five year old did it So we had to put even more money into this one side of the backyard fence to purchase more pickets, not to mention the pickets MrB*** purchased were of very poor quality with several split at the bottom also.Yes, my husband told him that we could not wait for him to show up because the plumbers were there waiting on him and we already had to pay them $and we could not afford to pay them to wait on Mr*** Plus, our neighbor had not had a bathroom to use in two months and we could not let her wait for MrB*** to show up However, MrB*** did state he was going to come over around 6pm and we waited and he never showed up nor did he contact us again.We have pictures to show what the fence looked like when MrB*** finished and what it looks like now We also have picture of the pole penetrating the sewer line My husband has them on his phone and I will get him to forward them to me and I will attach as soon as I can.
