Bates Trucking Trash Removal

This company is incompetent, dishonest or both They regularly miss curbside trash collections, make excuses for bad service and send inflated invoices out even when the entire years bill is paid in full and in advance There is a reason why they have a D- rating on Revdex.com and numerous unresolved customer complaints I have contacted customer service repeatedly and copied the owner/President of the company on all communications and yet their service is terrible Stay far away from this rotten company
