12.8000001907349px">Patient started treatment for Phase I orthodontics, due to broken brackets and missed appointments patient's treatment got extended and we offered guardian to move to Phase II to complete full orthodontic treatment which was estimated at months if the patient makes every 4-weeks regular adjustment appointmentsDue to the broken brackets and missed appointments phase II also got extended ( as patient was not seen several months at the time, print out of the treatment card is available upon request)Also during the months period patient changed insurance coverage and new insurance does not accept treatment in progress which usually patient or guardian will become responsible for previous insurance balance if new insurance does not pick up that balance (our company did a write-off for that amount); we only asked the patient to make office visit payment as per new insurance, we are also not charging patient for deband (taking braces off) procedure and one set of retainersOur office hours are flexible: Mondays am - pm; Tuesdays 8am - 5pm; Wednesdays 9am - pm; Thursday 8am - 5pm; Fridays am - 5pm; and one saturday a month from 8am - 1pmAs for the financial part, all the fees our financial agreement shows all additional fees for over extension of treatment and fees for broken brackets (our office waived all broken brackets fees), as far as the total paid amount is alot less from the amount that patient/guardian expressing ( print out of the ledger is also available upon request)We also spoke to the patinet and explained step by step her current insurance benefits and all office visit feesThank you

Review: My son's orthodontic is Dr.Batesole. He did phase 1 ortho treatment and right after transitioned to phase 2. I was asked to pay additional $2000 for phase 2 ortho treatment which included completion of treatment including retainers. The office was only open 3times a week so it's hard to get appointments. My son has been in phase 2 for 5years and he should be done with the treatment. I found out [redacted] who made the contract is no longer there and I was told that that Dr Batesole is out too and they dont know when he will return so now my son has to see this other orthodontist at this office and the office is now asking me to pay $900 to complete the treatment. They are saying that the insurance only covers 24 months. But the contract I had was for completion of treatment. In the last 5 years I took my son to the office and no one mentioned that after 24 months I have to pay $150 a month. Why didnt anyone say anything after 24 months or 36 months or 48 months. The office should honor the contract and apply the rules to new patient. Now my son is stranded with incomplete treatment. If the patients are rolled over to a different ortho we should not be paying additional fees. I have paid $3200 and $2000 in full for complete treatment and I shouldn't have to pay extra for the new ortho.Desired Settlement: According to the office he has 6 more months of treatment. They should finish the treatment. I have paid in full per my contract 5 years ago.
