On 9/16/Batesville Cabinet Company (Batesville MS) sent an installer to deliver cabinets that Mr*** (*** *** **) chose to install himself with no installation chargeHe looked at the cabinets in our showroom and approved them. Upon him receiving the cabinets he decided that he
wanted things different from what he had seen in our showroom so to accommodate his wishes we made some changes free of charge, in which we normally do not make changes after cabinets are built and deliveredWe called Mr*** to complete the modifications / service prior to our first service call on 12/1/but Mr*** stated that we needed to wait till he was complete with his installation of the cabinets. We called and set up appointments with Mr*** each time before going out. We sent a service guy out 12/1/2014, 1/12/2015, 1/28/2015, 2/3/2015, 2/24/2015, 3/23/2015, 4/10/and 4/14/to replace doors and drawers each time that were not to Mr*** approval. We had to cancel the appointment we had on 2/17/due to inclement weather and Mr*** agreed saying that the bridge was iced over. Our service guy each time installed the doors and drawers and adjusted them making sure that they all opened and closed properly free of charge which is a service we typically do with the cost of installation. We have tried to the best of our ability to satisfy Mr***, as we strive for satisfaction with all of our customers. On our last conversation with Mr*** he told one of the owners of the company that he would come pick up the last doors and pay $of the $balance that he still owes on the original purchase of the cabinets, which is over the cost of just the doorsUpon his approval of the discount we were going to leave everything as is, but he has not shown up to pick up the doors or pay the balanceHe is more than welcome to come pick up the doors at any time.Tell us why here

I wrote a check for $3600 on the 16th of September for half of the total cost of the cabinets. Prior to that date, I went to the cabinet shop to look at the cabinets they had on display.  I talked to a repr se native and told him hat I wanted.  I told him that I wanted cabinet sides made out of half inch ply[redacted] verses particleboard. That as the only thing that I mentioned and that prior to closing of the deal with their sales rep.  They sent the sales rep out to m [redacted] for the cabinets and to ask us about what we wanted for doors drawers and etc.
First off my name is not [redacted] , it is [redacted]. The cabinets were delivered on Sunday 10/12-14 not 09/16/14. The cabinets had numerous defects which occurred during  the delivery process due to improper care and some that weren't corrected before delivery.
I contacted the company Monday 10/13/14 about the defects. The owner said to inspect the cabinets and make a list of the defects. I had 8 pages total of defects including the ones that should have been corrected before the cabinets left the shop.
I went to the cabinet shop on Tuesday 10/14/14 to inform the own we of the defects. He made a copy of the list.  I ask what he was going to do about the problem.  He said that he would correct everything to my satisfaction. I agreed to install the cabinet frames because. Most of the defects were on the doors and drawers.
The first time they sent a serviceman out was during the week of the 14th of October not the 1st of December. He was sent out to start correcting defects on the cabinets.  He came back again on the 22 nod of October.  Every time they sent a service man was to correct a defect that was in the eight page list or correct a milling defect.
I started installing the upper cabinets and found that the cabinet left of the sink shelves were one quarter inch lower on outside ends than they were in the middle.  When I stated installing the refrigerator cabinet legs the sides weren't square to the stiles. The sides had to be remade. Also, the header above the sink was too long and was put together wrong.
I started on the base cabinets next.  I removed the drawers from the cabinets to make the cabinets easier to install.  I put one of the drawers down on a flat surface and discovered that it wasn't flat.  Nine drawers out of eleven had to be remade.  They remade the drawers and none of them would fit any of the openings. They had to reremake the drawers.
They brought out some doors and drawer fronts that were remade and all of them were stained the wrong color.  One of the base cabinet door hinges was bored wrong.
The remake of the upper cabinet doors had the finish coat sprayed on too thick.  During the installation of the base cabinet door the handle mount hole was misdrilled.
At this point they still had two doors to remake.  This is when I noticed a base cabinet door panel was delaminating.  I contacted the owner or the cabinet shop and he told me to bring the door to the shop.  I delivered the door, the owner wasn't there.  I left.  He called and said that he wasn't going to make the doors until I paid the one thousand dollars.
I would like to FAX you the 8 pages of defects if you would send me your fax number.  Please advise.
