I stayed July 27th and 28th, was charged twice on the 29th and again on 8/13/
On July 27, my husband and I spent nights at Quality Inn at *** My card was charged twice on the 29th, both charges were for I was given several reasons as to why I was charged twice First I was told that they always do that and one charge would fall off The toll-number was told me that I was charged for my room and someone else's and I would be refunded in 3-business days After waiting over business days and not getting a refund, I called the hotel again to be told that they had refunded me and my bank was just not releasing the refundI emailed the customer service department and was told that I had been refunded and needed to be patient On 8/13/18, my friend who had made the reservations for our group called and was told that they charged me for my room and a room of someone else that was in our group without my permission The other person had given their card, bu
I made a reservation at the Quality Inn in Cherokee, NC, confirmation #XXXXXXXX I stay there often and have never had a problem I was told by a customer service rep while trying to make a reservation on-line that cancellation was 4:00PM the date of arrival I had to cancel, but when I called the motel, they refused, saying I had to cancel the day prior I called Choice Hotels customer service They contacted the motel, but the person there again refused to cooperate Due to the fact I had been told one thing and then another, I requested a credit toward a future stay They once again refused This motel, which I like, has always been wonderful I am very surprised by the way they are treating me
