I am rejecting this response because: My complaint was filed on 6/2, and they did not contact me...

until 7/22 which shows their lack of customer service follow up.  I want no more interaction with this unsatisfactory experience with this company.  All they left me was a phone message to call them, and made no apology or offer to credit my account.  I guess they don't want repeat business and they won't be getting any from me.  Close the case as I am done with them!
