Review: Verbal contract to email confirmation of receipt of payment and the provision of UPS tracking number for product delivery broken.I initiated several emails to [redacted](my Contact and person who agreed to above) inquiring if he received my check and the UPS tracking number. He has yet to respond. I called the ###-###-#### number and requested a return call of order status and explanation. No reply to date.I just called twice today and nobody can give me order status. I was told [redacted] was not it(its 11:00 AM now) and could not be reached. I provided an invoice number, my order could not be located using their internal number.Desired Settlement: I want Bath and Kitchen to supply the product [redacted] promised.

The costumer complained that he didn't got the product. We checked our record where is says that he received the toilet on [redacted]/2013. We got his check on 16 of October Wednesday, and waited to be cleared as it is a personal check we allow 2-3 business day to see if customer does not stop the check. We shipped the product on October 22, so there weren't suppose to be any problems. The product was shipped by carrier : [redacted]) Tracking Number # [redacted] Please dismiss this claim as we have done our part.

Even though my calls, messages and emials were unanswered when I inquired - the product did eventually came.
