I am sorry that Mr [redacted] is so unhappy about this situationAs was stated before, we did pay for a replacement cabinet that at the time was the one he neededThat was his only complaint at that time, that was what he said would rectify the situationWhen he came in again to complain about the contractor, one of my staff did have a conversation with him, and explained to him that we were not responsible for the contractor, and NOT to pay him till the work was satisfactoryHe paid him in full without correcting his issues He also had a friend, who couldn't do his project, but came in to tell him everything that was wrongI told him to have that person there when [redacted] went to see him [redacted] says he tried to call him, but nothing came of itIt was also questioned as to why he didn't get more than quote for the jobWhen I give names of contractors, I always state that they don't work for us, but it is a place to start getting ideas on the cost of any projectWe are a reseller of the cabinets, and neither [redacted] or ourselves are responsible, if they are put in incorrectly.I think it is unreasonable to expect that we would replace hi whole kitchenThe countertop was put in correctly, and as his friend got involved, that is when we get getting more complaintsHe made the decision on who to hire, we are not responsible for that decision, and did try to help where we could

Where does consumer protection come into place? It makes absolutely no sense making me pay for additional cabinetry on top of what I already paid I am stuck with two additional cabinets, just sitting on my garage floor that are totally useless to me that I paid a lot of money forI would like to point out that Bath & Co is lying about helping me, what help? If I was helped, I would not be here writing a complaint for the world to see The owner never presented himself as the "middle man", if so don't you think it should be presented to me that way?
