I am rejecting this response because: They never told me that what I was ordering was customor would have delaysneed to tell customers this upfrontnot after their shower is ripped out and they cant use for months. We understand that mistakes were made with the original order of the shower baseWe do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to our customerWe offered the brass door as an alternative to the almond color door you had ordered because the brass door does not need to be powder coated, so we would not have to wait so long for the door to arriveWe would have adjusted your contract to show any price change had you gone with that option

Bath Fitter takes customer service very serious. We are happy to bring color samples to the customers home for verification the correct color was installed. Bath Fitter only manufactures four colors, All White, White Marble, Pearl and Ivory Marble. The customer is also welcome to come to our office and see the wall colors in their full size to get a more complete understanding of what the wall would look like installed.

I am rejecting this response because: the does not show me the samples from sales representatives.  I  do not believe the aplology based on the way tone of voice mail left. I had others listen to it  and said it certainly rude. I will not recommend this company.  [redacted]

At Bath Fitter we  take customer service very seriously. We understand that we have not delivered that to this customer. We have been trying to reach this customer to discuss possible solutions to the delayed completion date. Unfortunately the customer has not responded to our repeated attempts...

to reach them. We do and have apologized to the customer for the delay but fully appreciate that an apology or offering a discount does not actually address the issue and will not make the installation happen any sooner. Our first objective is to find a solution that will address the customers needs. Once that is in place we can then address the inconvenience this caused the customer.

We were hired to do a job, part of that job was a positemp chateau trim kit that we installed as contracted. We were not asked to, nor did we, change the shower head height we simply removed the old shower head assembly and installed the one purchased. That said, we are committed...

to our customers long term satisfaction with the product and are happy to work with her to find a reasonable and amicable solution to her problem. We have left a message for [redacted] and will try her back if we do not receive a return call from her.
