On 8/26/Mrs [redacted] purchased and signed a contract for a tub wall surround and a valve with fixtures, Mrs [redacted] did not replace her tub which is a jetted Jacuzzi style Mrs [redacted] purchased oil rubbed bronze fixtures and we told her that if it was possible we would match the drain and pop up and overflow even though we weren't working on the tub itself The contract had it stated that if possible we would match but couldn't guarantee When the installer arrived and saw the tub he explained that the jetted style she had was equipped with a different assembly system and we would not be able to provide our product without replacing the tub At this point the customer became agitated and said she did not want the product The Bath Fitter wall system was custom made and cut to her specifications and was well past the three day right of rescission Mrs [redacted] also states that we were supposed to come out the day before but that is not accurate or anything that we normally do We also called the day before to confirm the installation and at no point did she mention we were supposed to come out to identify things We followed [redacted] *** guidelines as far as when we are supposed to charge the card and followed all procedures and stated on the contract what we would be providing and can do Please feel free to contact me with any other questions at [redacted] Thank You [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Steve, the manager, agreed to have the entire shower & tub installation replaced at no chargeThe work was completed on December 16, I feel that my complaint has been resolvedThank you, [redacted]
