Failure on multiple occasions by Bath Fitter of Regina to show up for appointments to fix warranty issue.I stopped in to the Bath fitter office on September 18, 2015 to discuss a warranty issue. I was advised they would fix the problem and they would call us soon when they are in the area to fix it. After over a month not hearing back, I called them and spoke to the same person I saw when I was there. This person did not remember anything about me stopping in so I had to go through it over again on the phone.I was then advised it has to go through the manager, and they woud call me back. I was not told this the first time.So the manager calls and say yes they will do the warranty work on Oct 23, 2015 and will call me a couple hours ahead of time so I can meet them at my house. After 1 pm on the 23rd I had not heard anything so I called them again, and nobody there knew anything about my situation except except the manager who was not in at the time. 2pm rolls around and the manager calls me to tell me they are too busy and can't get to it. [redacted]. So now we re-schedule for October 30 when he promised it would get done at 11 am. I told them great I will make sure I am at home. So Oct 30th comes and goes and once again they did not show up, nor did they phone. [redacted] This is now the third time they have let me down on this matter and it had dragged out since September 18, 2015. [redacted] Desired SettlementI would like them to complete this warranty work they promised so we can move on.
