We have a crack in the bottom of our bathtub
I contacted *** at bathfitter in Nov/17 about the crack in our bathtub. He asked me to take a picture and send to him. I sent him the picture and he said it would be under warranty and would order a new tub in, it would take 6-8 weeks and for me to put duck tape over the crack until he gets there.. I then called him again Feb and April to see if the tub had come in. He told me both times he would look into it and call me back but never did. I called him 2 weeks ago and said he thought the tub was in and would check and call me right back but have never heard from him. The original crack is now about 3 inch's long and there is 2 more cracks.

All I want is for bathfitter to come out and replace my bathtub.
made 4 calls for service starting in March/apr 2017 - still no action to replace fawcett
had bath fitter in feb 2016 install new tub/tile,ceiling in our bathroom >$4,000
march or april 2017- first attempt at the home show in regina - gave our name/number for replace of bath tub fawcett, lever does not go up/down smoothly-one day it will break off

Four times to get warranty work done is awful customer service

In Nov 2008,We hired Bath fitters to redo our bath tub, since then the metal surround has rusted the paint has peeled. We have phoned them in the past. the bosses son came out . nothing . we phoned again. They phoned 2 weeks ago about coming out have heard nothing. Their complaint is that is a 3 hour drive just to come out and fix. They are promising a "Life Time Warranty". Does that Warranty only apply to People in Regina?
Repair Fix the Tub as promised in the Life Time Warranty and/or remove the claim, let people know that Bath Fitters no longer honor the claim of life time warranty if that is the case.
I have called the customer a few time since the 15th of Sept and left messages I also received a message Sept 22nd from customer and have called back Sept 25th with no answer and have left a message for a call back. I will book a time to do the repair work to the customers satisfaction once we connect. The warranty is the same for all customers regardless of where they are. We try to service long distant calls when the techs are installing in the area and will prioritize the trips based on the urgency of the problem.
