The bath enclosure for the tub was not measured correctly causing it to crack do to the flexing caused by gapes under the enclosure. Bath fitter said the cleaner that was used caused the crack and they would not fix it.

Please find attached letter to our customer.

Parties have agreed to replace the out of warranty tub for 375.00 to cover labor and supplies.
